Can we bring the athlete data we already have?

Yes. Send us the spreadsheets you keep today and we load athletes, groups and contacts before you start, so the first session you run has a full roster behind it.

Most of our athletes are minors. How is their data handled?

Your club stays the data controller and we act as processor under Article 28 GDPR. Athlete and health records, including medical certificates, sit on servers in Germany with storage in Milan, and each club is isolated from every other. Video is never used to identify people or to train AI models.

Our coaches are not especially technical. Will they use it?

The coach app does four things: attendance, session log, video and conditions. There is nothing else in the way. Most coaches are marking a group present on the first morning without being trained.

Do athletes and families get access too?

Athletes get their own app for schedules, availability and the video their coach shares with them. Coaches and admins see the club; an athlete only ever sees their own record.

What happens to our data if we leave?

It is yours throughout. Reports and athlete records export whenever you want them, and at the end of a contract your data is returned or deleted, as our processing agreement requires.
